i love gore horror this was fun also gonna be completely real some of the jumpscares (especially the attick one) got me which i am very embarrassed about my aunt told me that it was better than the first one (the reboot - 2023 not the og 80s one) and i agree, event hough the 2023 one - evil dead rise, was more rewatchable because its firstly shorter and also surprisingly lighter in tone (especially considering that 2 kids brutally die in that one) Burn is objectively the better movie. (even though the dog die - 3 FUCKING TIMES was 1 not enough Raimi wtf is wrong with you) funnily enough the first death might have been the hardest watch with the fish hook but personally any stuff with razors get me more (in Rise it was the grater one and for Burn the award goes out for the face razor) also the washingmachine knife was GOOD considering my lifelong fear of falling onto the knives im getting messaged so ending the review here: 6.5/10 it was fun but would probably just watch a reaction of it in the future instead of a rewatch of the movie it self. Minus half a point because my friends whom i forced to come with me hate and distrust my movie judgement now. also joseph was funny af bro did nothing useful while alive or as a demon. just absolute beta
